This website is operated by Paw Republic. We collect only the information needed to run the store, process orders, send delivery updates, prevent fraud and answer support messages.

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details and the message you send us. Stripe collects payment details directly through Checkout. Full card numbers never reach our servers.

We may also receive basic device and usage information, such as browser type, pages viewed and referring page, when analytics are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to process payment, fulfil and ship orders, send order and tracking emails, handle returns and refunds, answer questions, improve the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use providers such as Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for order records, Resend for transactional email, Google Analytics for site measurement and shipping carriers for delivery. They receive only the information needed for their service.

Retention and your choices

We keep order information as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
