Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to destinations available at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the product price, plus any taxes or duties that apply in your location.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, customs or other events outside our control.

Tracking

We email tracking to the address used at checkout when your order ships. Tracking updates can take a little time to appear after dispatch. If you have not received tracking after your order has been processed, email hello@pawrepublic.shop.

Address changes and lost packages

Please check your shipping address before checkout. Email hello@pawrepublic.shop within 2 hours if an address needs correction. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days or a package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
